Hug Someone!

Relieving stress can be as simple as hugging someone. A cuddle releases the hormone oxytocin, and lovers stress hormones, costisol and norepinephrine.
Stress is not a direct cause of skin breakouts, but worsens prevailing problems, like eczema.
Less stress, fewer zits.
SO, GO GRAB SOMEONE!
